The forces of “Dieselny Zavod” LLC organized a number of important activities to help the Armed Forces and support the civilian population during the war:

All employees of the plant receive a salary. The plant pays taxes in full, supporting the state and city budgets.
From the first weeks of the war, PJSC “Tsukrohydromash” supported maintenance with products that were used to equip roadblocks with camouflage sieves, fuel and everything else necessary. Large anti-tank urchins, as well as small urchins, which are impossible for wheeled vehicles to pass on well-grounded roads and forest strips, were welded by the plant.
The plant contributed to the creation of a humanitarian corridor for displaced persons: Zaporizhzhia-Kropyvnytskyi-Vinnytsia. If people did not have a final destination, they established a connection with Vinnytsia and provided people with temporary housing.
More than 150 temporary migrants were accepted into the premises of the plant. They were provided with food and medicine, given the opportunity to take a shower and spend the night. Practically all the employees received the displaced people in their homes. So together, the plant provides assistance and shelter to more than 300 people.
All employees of the plant receive their wages on time.
The factory pays all taxes, trying to support the country’s economy.
PJSC “Svesky Pumping Plant” as a city-forming enterprise since the first wars actively participates in the defense measures of the city, protection of the civilian population, and also helps the Armed Forces.
The first thing that was done was to provide all employees, their families and residents of the village of Svesa with safe conditions for their temporary stay in the plant’s bomb shelter. They washed to prepare everything necessary for the residents of the community:
- provided drinking water;
- installed an emergency battery for continuous lighting of premises;
- made and installed stoves;
- bought teapots;
- provided with firewood and kerosene.
This set of measures helped the Svesa community to survive during the siege. This allows the settlement to be in a safe place for needs even today.
The only warning siren in the village functions at the plant. Therefore, our employees carry out round-the-clock visits and alert the population about the danger.
Svessk Pumping Plant is the only provider of water drainage and supply of drinking water to the population, as well as sewage disposal in Sves. During the disconnection of the power supply to the village of Svesa, the management of the community plant with the management of the Yampil division of Shostkinsky REM JSC “Sumioblgaz” continued the supply of electricity to the plant to ensure water supply and sewage disposal.
The management of the plant, by order of the shareholder, established a permanent connection with the units of the border guards, namely with the Sviesky Garrison of the DPSU. Actively helps in the construction of fortification defense structures on the border with the aggressor country. Staples were made and handed over, the soldiers were provided with breeches.
The management of the community plant together with the village council and officers of the Sveska OTG organized a public formation to protect the order of the village and preserve the property of the population.
We provide the entire population of Svesa with the delivery of humanitarian goods on an ongoing basis.
We have established the process of providing the population with farm milk: we provide the entire supply chain from the farmer to the population.
We make anti-tank hedgehogs from our materials for processing roadblocks.
The owner of the plant fully pays the wages of the plant’s staff, although the production volumes currently do not cover these costs.
On behalf of the shareholder, the plant handed over to the village council metal structures for placing sports grounds in the city. We understand very well that business plays a key role in the restoration of Ukrainian cities.
The company pays all taxes, because we well understand the importance of filling budgets right now.
From the first day of the war, the employees of PSP “Tavilzhanske” became one of the main enterprises of the Kharkiv region, which provides the population of the region with everything they need:

Project: Kyiv City Children’s Clinical Infectious Disease Hospital
Alyona Lebedeva’s Aurum Charitable Foundation renovated three boxed wards in the ward for the treatment of children with infectious diseases of the nervous system, renovated sanitary ware and furniture.
Tetyana Kaminska, chief physician of the Kyiv City Children’s Clinical Infectious Disease Hospital:
“Currently, there are many unsolved problems in the material and technical support of hospitals, starting with repair work and ending with the lack of modern equipment. We are sincerely grateful to the Alyona Lebedeva Charitable Foundation “Aurum” for the assistance provided: three wards-boxes were restored, the sanitary ware was completely replaced, and the furniture was updated.
Iryna Kravchenko , mother of one of the hospital assistants: “The wards are cozy and comfortable. Freshly renovated, warm. The box has its own neat toilet room, which is very convenient for the child. To be honest, comfort and our hospitals are not compatible, at least now, that’s why the program of the Aurum Foundation to update the children’s wards is very well paid.”
The Children’s Infectious Diseases Hospital still needs help. It is necessary to repair the clinical laboratory, corridors of departments and wards, update the furniture. The clinic also needs new modern equipment.
So any help will be appropriate and needed. If you want, join!
Project: Kyiv City Children’s Clinical Hospital No. 1
“We are finishing the work of transforming our clinic into an intensive care hospital, but we still need the help of benefactors. We are grateful to all the representatives of the Alyona Lebedeva Charitable Foundation “Aurum” for their sincere desire to help the hospital, and most importantly – to children who, first of all, need help ,” emphasized Yuriy Kozhara, chief physician of Kyiv City Children’s Clinical Hospital No. 1 , accepting the objects.
Project: Children’s Clinical Hospital No. 4 SolomyaYansky district of the city Kyiv
Maryna Kaplun, deputy chief medical doctor, head of pediatrics department No. 2 of the Children’s Clinical Hospital No. 4 of the Solomyan district
“The positive emotions of the mother and the child help the child to recover, recharge and give confidence,” emphasizes Marina Kaplun. – The Alyona Lebedeva Foundation “Aurum” renovated three wards in the department of pediatrics for early childhood in a couple of months. They replaced the floor, plastered the walls, installed suspended ceilings and new lamps and sockets. But the biggest mothers who, together with their children, are being treated in our department, note the bathrooms with showers, provided with a fund in each ward. Well, let’s see how beautiful it is! Therefore, I would like to personally express my sincere thanks to Alyona Lebedeva on behalf of myself, our team and, of course, on behalf of the mother of our children, because it is for them that such wonderful conditions have been created.”
